To correctly process your spare parts request, it is essential to identify the machine using its serial number.
Steps to follow:
- Enter the machine’s serial number in the form.
- On the next page, find the spare part you need and click the “Add to cart” button.
- If you need more than one spare part, repeat the previous step.
- Once all spare parts have been added, click on the “View cart” link. In the cart, enter your details for invoicing.
- Finish by clicking the “Send request” button.
