Online Spare Parts Management Platform for Grabs: Our Own and Third-Party Equipment
This year, Stemm has also achieved a major milestone by significantly expanding our spare parts supply capacity, both for our own equipment and for machines from other manufacturers. All parts for our electrohydraulic orange peel grabs and clamshell grabs are fully referenced, and we maintain a large stock for immediate delivery of the most in-demand components.
In addition, we can now provide complete recommended spare parts lists for periods of up to five years, making maintenance planning and inventory management much easier and more proactive. This expansion also includes the supply of parts, components, and subassemblies for machines from approximately 25 competing brands, significantly expanding the scope of our services and enhancing customer support.
To complement this growth, we will soon launch an online spare parts management platform designed to streamline planning, management, and budgeting for required spare parts. Through this tool, customers will be able to access the full catalogue, check real-time availability, place orders directly, and estimate costs quickly and accurately. All of this will be available through an intuitive interface that reduces administrative time and enables faster maintenance and purchasing decisions.
Thanks to these initiatives, our customers not only optimise their spare parts management but also plan their budgets with greater accuracy and efficiency, consolidating a comprehensive and benchmark service within the sector.
Remote Reading Application with Documentation for Incidents and Monitoring
As part of our digitalisation strategy, we have developed a mobile application that enables remote reading of operating data and immediate documentation of incidents. This tool facilitates equipment supervision and diagnostics from any location, allowing both our technicians and customers to access detailed information on machine status, operating manuals, maintenance history, and recommended solutions for each incident.
The implementation of this app not only improves efficiency in problem resolution but also reduces response times and minimises the need for on-site interventions, generating a positive impact on both operating costs and sustainability.
